How FIR Risk Advisory works: a free scoping conversation, fixed-fee engagements with no hourly billing, ongoing partnership, and everything we build is yours.

Simple to Start. Clear on Cost. Yours to Keep.

Here's what working together looks like.

1. It Starts with a Conversation

Every engagement begins with a free scoping call. I want to understand your business, what’s slowing you down, and what you’ve already tried. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you.

2. Fixed-Fee Engagements

Once we agree on the scope, you get a fixed-fee quote. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices. That covers readiness assessments, prototype sprints, and phased builds, each scoped to your company.

3. Ongoing Partnership

After a project, many companies keep me on call as a fractional AI and data partner: someone who already knows their data, their platform, and their controls. We scope it to what your company needs.

4. How We Build

  • Run it side by side. Tie it out. Then rely on it. Nothing replaces an existing process until it has run beside it for a full close and the numbers match.
  • Nothing gets ripped out. New systems sit beside the ones you already own until they’ve earned their place.
  • Year-end is protected. Build first, rely later.
  • Approved in stages. Larger builds are split into phases, and each phase is priced at its own approval, based on what the previous phase actually took.
  • Running costs stated up front, including ongoing support, so there are no surprises after go-live.

5. What Every Engagement Includes

You own everything we build

Your data and your platform belong to you. No lock-in, and no vendor holding your data behind another paid tier.

Controls built in

I spent years as an auditor and a fraud executive. Every system is built with the controls your auditors and your board expect to see.

Your team learns it

The goal is a team that can run what we build. At one client, the developer who designed and built the company's warehouse system was promoted to Director of Operations. Read the story.

Plain-English progress

Regular updates on what's done, what's next, and what needs your decision, written for executives rather than engineers.

Let's Talk

Start with a free scoping conversation. You'll leave with a clear next step either way.
